2024年9月5日上午，国家主席习近平出席中非合作论坛北京峰会开幕式并发表主旨讲话。习近平在中非合作论坛北京峰会开幕式上发表的主旨讲话中说，经过近70年的辛勤耕耘，中非关系正处于历史最好时期。面向未来，我提议，将中国同所有非洲建交国的双边关系提升到战略关系层面，将中非关系整体定位提升至新时代全天候中非命运共同体！   

     On the morning of September 5, 2024, Xi Jinping, President of the People's Republic of China, attended the opening ceremony of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China - Africa Cooperation and delivered a keynote speech.
